These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the platform operated by DigiYaan Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company"). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Company provides a subscription-based digital marketing platform for businesses. Access to the platform is subject to payment of applicable subscription fees.
You must be at least 18 years of age and operating a legitimate business to use this platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis in Indian Rupees. All fees are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate.
A free trial is available to new users subject to usage limits. Paid subscription is required once trial limits are reached.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. In the event of a billing error, you must notify us within 7 days at hello@tyohaar.net.
Messaging costs charged by third-party platforms are separate from and in addition to subscription fees and are the sole responsibility of the subscriber.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the platform to:
All rights in the platform, including its technology, design and content, are owned by the Company. You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. No refund is provided for unused subscription periods upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms with 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amendments constitutes acceptance.
